1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping across the country to keep things simple for you. It would take around 3-4 business days for your order to be delivered.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your items, but if you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

Note: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delay in orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
